Dear diary,

Not much today.

I woke up early, had a problem-solving class.

Had lunch, a few meetings, and some re-planning due to some unforeseen tasks that came up.

All of that means that I’m a tad tired.

But today, I’ll do my practice believing that this will energize me and help me sleep better.
